It is important to us that you get the right size and fit with our apparel. We put great effort into providing you with a Size Guide, and in addition we provide Size Advice in every product description. Please make sure you read the Size Guide and Size Advice to ensure you get the best fit possible.
A client can, within 10 days of receipt of product, request to swap an item for another size. We are happy to exchange products that are returned to us unused, unwashed, in its original re-sell-able condition, with the labels still attached. No items without labels will be accepted as returns.
To initiate the exchange process email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and exchange request.
Once you have been in touch with us via email, we will confirm that you can return the item, and we will provide you with the address to which you can courier the item. No items can be returned without a prior email notification. You have to inform us first.
Please note, items bought at sale price, or as part of a special promotion, or when a discount code has been used, will incur a shipping fee of R85 to send the exchange item to you.
Please note, items bought as sample sale items cannot be exchanged.
We must be notified within 10 days of receipt of product that you wish to return the product, because it is not exactly what you had in mind, or to be swopped for a different colour or style.
All items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and with labels still attached.
We offer store credit vouchers excluding shipping fees.
Or bank deposit refunds, excluding shipping fees, and a 10% administration fee applies.
To initiate the return process email us at email@example.com with your order number and return reason. We will reply to your email, and we will provide you with the address to which you can courier the item.
Once the returns have reached us, each of the items in your return will be inspected before the return is processed and the refund or store credit initiated.
Store credits will be sent immediately via email and cash refunds can take up to 7 working days to reflect depending on the banking institutions.

Please note, items bought with a gift voucher can only be refunded through re-activation of the gift voucher.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
Every effort is make to ensure that you receive neither faulty nor damaged goods. At the time of dispatch the items are individually inspected before being packed. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item please notify us within 10 days of receipt, and we will provide a replacement. In the event that we do not have a suitable replacement a store credit or bank deposit refund will be provided. To initiate the faulty item process email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and description of the fault/damage. The product needs to be returned to us unused, unwashed, in its original condition, with the labels still attached.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.
